Sir Elton John just ordered 1000 of the iPods to be manufactured, with about 100 pieces in each of the available colors.
The £400 iPods will help raise money for the AIDS orphans in Africa.
These will be crystal-encrusted and his signature lasered on the back of each one.
A spokesman for the 61-year old pop superstar said, “Elton does not usually put his name to a product but this is exactly the kind of thing he loves. It’s extravagant and glamorous just like him.
“And, as everyone knows, his AIDS charity is very close to his heart.”
A part of the profits from the iPod sales will be handed over to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
Since the 1980s, Elton has been involved with the fight against AIDS and reportedly has raised over £100 million for his charity.
