I bought a copy of EZsoft DVD to iPod Converter in September last year. It sometimes have errors converting some DVDs. Also, convering PAL DVD will show serious artifacts. The most important of all, the license I purchased at US$29.95 last for only 1 year. It requires me to pay extra US$19.95 (or about) to renew the license (again, it does not say how long!) and I am now unable to use the software anymore. The company never mentioned the expiry period of the license when I made the purchase last year.

I deeply regret that I purchase this software.
I think someone should stop the company from doing such questionable sales practice.

The process of downloading the DVD to iTunes is simple. I cannot, however, keep subtitles out of the recording. I have clicked on the No Subtitles prompt but that does not work. I have repeatedly contacted them via e-mail and have received no response.

The software is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it hangs at 99% converted. It also sometimes doesn't like a DVD with a series of episodes. I've found that switching the subtitles on/off can also help or cause problems. An hour programme can take 30 mins to convert but they have just released a quicker version.

When I load the video on my iPod the frame rate slows down and then speeds up again every ten seconds. So far not too good. Is anyone else having this problem?
